There are 3 Main steps to how P.S.O. goes about providing you with a solution
Step 1
Our dedicated call centre will deal with your enquiry and give you the best information possible to help you move forward in what is a difficult time
Step 2
If a membership has been taken out then P.S.O. will Endeavour over the coming weeks to gather as much information regarding your development it’s current status and the position of the developer as possible
We will then act on the information we have discovered to create possible solutions for both our client and the developer they are dealing with to move forward
Step 3
We will meet with you in a location close to your home for a personal face to face meeting where we will inform you of our findings and offer you possible solutions if there is indeed more than one.
We will then ask you how you would like to move forward and start the process however you may decide
